Connecting With Respect

We Practice Respect

An open and positive workplace starts with respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, and intimidation in the workplace hurt our colleagues, hurt our business, and are just plain wrong. When it comes to dignity, courtesy, and respect—we are all equals.

We are all professionals. And being a professional means conducting yourself in a thoughtful and respectful manner

  • Remember, Panduit does not tolerate discriminating, harassing, bullying, or intimidating behavior—regardless of whether the behavior is illegal.
  • Never use email, instant messaging, voicemail, or social media to verbally abuse, defame, or offend others. We won’t tolerate discriminating, harassing, vulgar, obscene, or threatening language.
  • If you experience, witness, or suspect discrimination, harassment, or bullying in the workplace, report the issue immediately. And remember, Panduit does not tolerate retaliation in any form.
  • Inappropriate remarks, insults, gestures, threats, bullying or physical contact.
  • Jokes, comments, or emails of a sexual, racial, or otherwise offensive nature.
  • Online behavior such as displaying inappropriate pictures, sending offensive messages, or engaging in hostile social media conduct toward fellow employees.
  • Sexual harassment, which can include repeated unwanted sexual advances and promising favorable treatment or threatening unfavorable treatment in response to sexual requests.
