Connecting With Ethics
We Speak Up
We are stronger when we feel empowered to do the right thing. The individual choices and actions of employees have earned Panduit a well-deserved reputation for integrity. But it only takes one inappropriate action or decision to undermine decades of hard work and innovation.
Each of us helps to maintain our high standards of ethical conduct. If you believe a violation of the law, our Code, or our policies has occurred, speak up and discuss the issue with your manager or any of the other resources listed here. You don’t need to be certain of all the facts—if you see or even suspect illegal or unethical behavior or just have a question, there are several options:
For issues involving actual or potential violations, contact the Chief Compliance Officer or the attorneys in the Legal Department. They can provide specific guidance on issues including:
- Accounting or auditing irregularities.
- Fraud, theft, bribery, and other corrupt business practices.
- Environmental, safety, and product quality issues.
- Discrimination, harassment, and child labor, modern slavery, or human rights concerns.
- Conflicts of interest.
- Legal requirements that apply to Panduit or your role.
The Integrity Line is a confidential way to report possible Code, policy, legal, or regulatory violations. You may report anonymously where allowed by local law, or you may choose to provide your name. If you choose to remain anonymous, please be sure to provide as many details as possible so we can do a thorough investigation.
The Integrity Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is accessible online at Panduit.ethicspoint.com. Make your report online or find the toll-free telephone number listed for your region.
If you report via telephone, the Integrity Line is staffed by third-party ethics and compliance specialists who will listen, ask questions, and report your concern to the Chief Compliance Officer and the Legal Department.
What Happens Next?
After receiving a report or a question, Panduit will take it seriously and promptly investigate the situation fully. If a violation of the Code, our policies, or the law is found to have occurred, we will take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Certain violations may also result in legal action, penalties, or criminal prosecution.
We Don’t Retaliate
Panduit does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who participates in an investigation or reports a concern in good faith (“Good faith” means an honest and full report of all relevant information, regardless of whether your report uncovers actual misconduct.) If you believe you are the target of retaliation or have witnessed retaliation against someone else, report it immediately.
Confidentiality
While Panduit cannot guarantee confidentiality in every circumstance, we do make every effort to protect the identity of any employee who makes a report in good faith. As we investigate, we will only share information on a need-to-know basis.

If you choose to make a report through the Integrity Line, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Be prepared to provide as much detail as possible (who, what, where, when).
- Panduit may need more information, so you will be assigned a report number that allows you to follow up on your case. This is especially important if you reported anonymously.
- Out of respect for privacy, Panduit will not be able to inform you of any disciplinary action taken.
- This resource is available to all employees, suppliers, business partners, and contingent workers.
Take action and speak up. While starting with your manager is often the best way to efficiently address concerns, if you don’t believe it is appropriate or you don’t feel comfortable doing so, you should talk to another member of management, Human Resources, the Chief Compliance Officer, or file a report on the Integrity Line.
