We Protect Company Resources

Working at Panduit is about trust. From computers, to vehicles, to inventory, Panduit employees are entrusted with the care of valuable company assets. It’s your responsibility to protect them from loss, damage, theft, waste, and improper use.

Company assets need our protection. No matter which company assets you use for your work, treat them with care and respect:

  • Never give away or sell assets without approval.
  • Only use authorized software, devices, and procedures.
  • Panduit email accounts, information systems, and the content within are considered company property. To the extent local law permits, you should have no expectation of privacy when using them.
  • Limited personal use of phones, email, and instant messaging is permitted, so long as it does not interfere with work or violate Panduit policies.
  • Never use Panduit email, instant messaging, or voicemail to verbally abuse, defame, or offend others. We will not tolerate harassing, vulgar, obscene, or threatening language.
  • These policies apply regardless of where you conduct business. If you work from home or another remote location, we expect you to follow the same best practices and demonstrate the same level of commitment to safeguarding company assets.
