The stronger our books, the stronger our reputation. Our records form the basis for every decision Panduit makes and every relationship we build. We are committed to ensuring all records, whether financial or operational, remain accurate and reliable at all times.

Accuracy is our responsibility. As employees, each of us contributes to Panduit records, and employees are expected to be honest and transparent when doing so. Make sure every entry is complete, accurate, and timely. Never be intentionally misleading.

We stay alert and aligned with our policies. Whenever you touch a Panduit record, follow our policies and procedures along with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting principles. Watch for and report any activity that may be violating them. That includes:

Our records must be managed with care. To ensure good records management, we hold onto records for as long as legally required, as long as Panduit needs them. Follow the Record Retention Procedure to properly handle, maintain, retain, and dispose of records.

A: No, it isn’t. Neither your boss nor anyone else at Panduit has the authority to ask anyone to alter a company record. If this happens, you should speak up about this situation right away.
