Connecting With What’s Right
We Follow International Trade Laws
Trade is vital to what we do. We work with customers and suppliers around the world, which comes with a complex set of challenges around imports, exports, and international financial transactions.
We’re a global business that plays by global rules.
- Follow all applicable trade laws for the countries both sending and receiving goods. If laws and requirements ever seem to conflict, consult the Global Trade Compliance Group or the Legal Department.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all foreign transactions. This helps us track cost and prevent money laundering.
- Consider if export controls may apply to any goods, software, and technology provided in our cross-border transactions and contact the Global Trade Compliance Group if you have questions.
- Help Panduit follow all U.S. trade sanctions and anti-boycott laws and avoid compliance risks by reviewing global sanctions lists. If you receive a request for Panduit to participate in or take a position on a boycott or are unsure about whether we can sell to a particular country or entity, consult the Global Trade Compliance Group or the Legal Department.
- Report any known or suspected trade violation to the Global Trade Compliance Group or the Legal Department.

You should gather what information you have and report this to the Global Trade Compliance Group, the Chief Compliance Officer or the Legal Department.
