Connecting With What’s Right

We Ensure Product Quality and Safety

Quality is the foundation of safety. Ensuring the reliability, durability, and proper use of our products isn’t just good for business, it also helps protect our employees and our customers. We are committed to quality in everything we do, and we strive for zero defects in our products.

Product quality and safety depends on all of us. We can all create better, safer connections by following a few key best practices:

  • Be sensitive to change. Change is a common pathway for mistakes. It is important that all changes are recognized and confirmed so they don’t negatively impact product quality or safety.
  • Ask for help. If you’re unsure what is expected of you, or if you’re unsure of a product’s safety, raise your hand and seek the assistance you need.
  • Never mislead customers or potential customers with deceptive or false claims about our products.
  • Prioritize safety in manufacturing our products. Help ensure that the products we sell are safe by always using and following our quality and safety processes and procedures
  • Safety extends to our customers: ensure our partners, contractors, installers, and end-users understand proper handling and use of our solutions in the applications for which they are designed.
  • Comply with all quality checks and requirements, and ensure all work meets product and network specifications.
  • Never falsify records. Always make sure documentation is accurate, truthful, and complete.

Checking and Re-Checking

The products and networks we build are complex and intricate. That’s why we have so many quality control procedures in place. But we also count on all employees to keep an eye out for mistakes, faults, or substandard work—even if it's in another department. If something is amiss, speak up immediately.
