Making Good Decisions
Usually, after reading the Code, you’ll find the right decision or action to take is clear, but there may be times when it is not so clear. In those situations:
Ask yourself:
Would my conduct inspire trust?
Is it legal?
Is it fair?
Is it aligned with our Values?
Is it consistent with the Code and our policies?
Am I doing what’s right for ATI and our stakeholders?
Would I feel comfortable explaining it to my manager and coworkers?
Would I feel comfortable if my actions were made public?
If you answer "no" or "I’m not sure" to any question, stop and seek guidance before proceeding.
