What Can You Do?

  • Do your part. Promote a positive, productive workplace. Be alert to — and speak up about — harassment or other disrespectful behavior, whether you experience it yourself or see it directed at someone else.
  • Lead with integrity. Leaders also have a responsibility to:
    • Maintain a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
    • Promptly identify — and resolve — issues as soon as they become aware of them.
